Marion is absolutely wonderful and completely indispensable to us. Knowing that our pets — and our home — are in Marion ‘s exceptionally capable and caring hands gives us complete peace-of-mind whenever we are away. And most important, our dogs and four cats are so much happier staying in their own home than being cooped up at a boarding facility. In the seventeen plus years since Marion has been our petsitter, our family of pets has expanded — and the care regimen has grown ever more complicated — but as a seasoned professional, Marion expertly and enthusiastically meets each new challenge, whether medical or behavioral. She is a master of detail, and stringently follows all our instructions. The paperwork side of things is also superb: from email confirmations of advance bookings, to detailed checklists and daily notes on each pet during our absence. Marion also leaves updates via daily text when we are gone for added comfort and reassurance.

In addition to the wonderful TLC that she gives our pets, Marion also takes excellent care of our home. Over the years, several household emergencies have occurred in our absence, and she has taken care of them for us. It’s extremely reassuring to know that our wonderful petsitter is there to forestall catastrophe in the event of burst pipes, broken sprinklers, etc. She always goes the extra mile — whether for our pets or for our home.
